Little Slide Chicken or Shrimp for 4 Serving
2 Cups of Water
8 Mushroom cut in quarter
1 Tomato cut in quarter and Cilantro (Optional)
DIRECTIONS
1. In the large pot add water and coconut milk powder bring to boil on medium high heat, add Tom Kha Dried Herbs
and Tom Kha seasoning bring to boil util nice aroma come out (Tear off Dried Kaffir lime leaves in half)
2. Add chicken or shrimp and let it cooked through then mushroom and tomato
3. Adjust the taste by add lime juice, sugar and salt. If too spicy you can add more broth or water.
4. Decoration with cilantro serve with jasmine rice and enjoy
