Brew it
2 Tbs Lemongrass leaves
1 cup Water
1-2 Tbs Honey
1 Tbs Lemon Juice
Bring the water to a boil over high heat in a medium saucepan. Add the lemongrass and boil rapidly for 5 minutes.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer the tea for an additional 5 minutes. Strain the stalks from the liquid.
Adjust the taste by add honey and lemon juice. Serve warm, or chill in the refrigerator and pour over ice.
**Tip during boiling add Pandan Leaves about 1 Tbs for more tasty! (Sold Separate)
