You will need:

Water

Brown Sugar,

Coconut syrup of Milk (Optional)

Direction:

1/2 Cup Glass Jelly Powder

3 Cup Water

1. In the pot add Grass Jelly Powder and water stir well until no lumps. (The heat is off)

2. Turn on the heat in medium high heat and keep stirring the mixer

3. Bring to boil util grass jelly is sticky and the texture is clear and smooth (About 7-8 Minutes)

Brew it (1 Serving)

1 Tbs Dried lemongrass & pandan leaves

1 ½ cup Water

1-2 Tbs Honey

1 Tbs Lemon Juice

1. Bring the water to a boil over high heat in a medium saucepan. Add the dried herb and boil rapidly for 5 minutes.

2. Reduce the heat to low and simmer the tea for an additional 5 minutes. Strain the stalks from the liquid.

3. Adjust the taste by add honey and lemon juice. Serve warm, or chill in the refrigerator and pour over ice.
