Tom Yum Curry Paste : Red Chill, Shallot, Garlic, Tamarind paste, Vegetable oil and salt

YOU WILL NEED
Your choice of meat for 4 Serving (Shrimp, Pork, Chicken, Beef or Fish)
4 Cups of Broth or Water
2-3 Lime Juice,
8 Mushroom cut in quarter
1 Tomato cut in quarter and Cilantro (Optional)
DIRECTIONS
1. In the large pot add broth or water and Tom Yum Dried Herbs Set, (Tear off Kaffir lime leaves in a half),
bring to boil on medium high heat util aroma come out
2. Add Tom Yum Curry Paste bring to boil about 2 minutes (Very Spicy, Start with small amount)
3. Add meat and let it cooked through then mushroom and tomato
4. Adjust the taste by add lime juice, sugar and salt. If too spicy you can add more broth or water.
5. Decoration with cilantro serve with jasmine rice and enjoy
** Tip use 2 cups of each of broth and half and half for creamy taste.
